I also requested to speak with the service manager, but I was told that he was not in, and when I asked to speak with the general manager, the service advisor told me that there was no general manager, which was proven to be false with a simple search of the dealership's website. The price of the repairs kept increasing, originally starting at around $700 and ending up at $3000, after they initially quoted me $5000, which I only found out about after I questioned them. The dealership's lack of transparency was unacceptable, especially given the fact that the first step of the job took ten hours, despite being booked for only two hours, and I was never updated on the progress. If I had been notified before any irreversible actions were taken, I would have decided not to proceed with the repairs. ![]() To make matters worse, the dealership ran into issues that resulted in additional costs, but instead of informing me, they continued with the repairs and left me with no option but to pay more. Communication was lacking throughout the process, and I was repeatedly promised calls regarding the status of my vehicle only to have to call at the end of each day to find out it was going to cost more and take longer. I recently had a truly disappointing experience at this dealership, and it only reinforces the negative perception that many people have about car dealerships. ![]() The issue remains unresolved to this day. Their alternative options were for me to pay to exit the lease or contact **** independently and sell my case to them. I responded that I didnt feel comfortable being asked to pay more after I leased a brand new vehicle just weeks prior that appeared to have a defect. Sales informed me that they could offer me a lease of the same vehicle if I agreed to a higher price. After a month of much back and forth, little response, and no repairs, I inquired with sales about returning the vehicle since there seemed to be no viable solution besides returning to Service weekly. I was told they believed it was safe to operate and after further questioning if they could guarantee the issue wouldnt leave me stuck on the road, they responded that there was no guarantee. They informed me after a few days that they believed the issue was the vehicle partially engaging four wheel drive in error, but had not seen the problem before and needed to contact ****. I notified the dealer to have it looked at and recorded a video of it, assuming it may be difficult to duplicate on demand with no seeming pattern. Within a few weeks, I began noticing a loud intermittent vibration occurring mostly within cold temperatures, lasting anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. In November of 2022, I leased a new F150 through Flood Ford. ![]()
